SISTEM e-EKSAIS

PENGENALAN

e-Eksais adalah satu sistem yang telah dibuat penambahbaikan kepada sistem EES. Sistem ini dibangunkan untuk memproses permohonan pelepasan kereta atau motorsikal daripada kilang/loji pemasangan dan juga untuk memproses pembayaran duti eksais secara Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)

Sistem ini menghubungkan antara sistem pengilang, Sistem Maklumat Kastam dan Sistem RHB Bank dengan secara langsung menggunakan leased line.

Sistem ini merangkumi dua proses:

Proses pelepasan kenderaan daripada loji pemasangan.
Proses pembayaran Duti Eksais secara electronic fund transfer (EFT).

CIRI-CIRI SISTEM e-EKSAIS

Sistem berupaya menerima maklumat dan memberi respon secara elektronik, samada kelulusan atau penolakkan dengan kod-kod yang ditetapkan;
Sistem menjalankan pemprosesan kelulusan pelepasan kenderaan dan pembayaran duti eksais secara automatik. Sistem dapat menjana nombor rujukan Kastam dan nombor resit bayaran duti eksais secara automatik;
Sistem boleh mengeluarkan laporan-laporan pemantauan yang diperlukan.

KEISTIMEWAAN e-EKSAIS

Jalinan hubungan antara sistem pengilang dengan sistem RHB Bank dan sistem Kastam tidak melalui pihak ketiga;
Pembayaran duti eksais dilakukan dengan menggunakan kaedah EFT yang lebih mudah, pantas dan selamat;
Pendaftaran kenderaan di Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan menjadi lebih cepat dan mudah;
Kos penyediaan dan penggunaan sistem murah dan menjimatkan;
Borang Eksais No. 7 tidak diperlukan.

Windfall Profit Levy(Crude Palm Oil And Crude Palm Kernel Oil) Order 2008

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Windfall Profit Levy Act 1998 (Act 592), the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement

This order may be cited as teh Windfall Profit Levy (Crude Palm Oil and Crude Palm Kernel Oil) Order 2008
This Order comes into operation on 1 July 2008.

Exice License Application

Excise duty is levied on certain goods manufactured in Malaysia for domestic use. The list of these goods is printed in the Government Gazette and is called Excise Duty Oder 1991 (P.U.(A)381/91). Anyone who manufactures in Malaysia any goods that is stated in the Excise Duty Order 1991 is required to apply for a license from the State Director of Customs where his / her / their factory is located or premise is situated using application form JKED No.1.
